Moderator Manuals & Warranty

All warranty and returns are done through our Authorised Dealer network.

In the event of a moderator requiring investigation, moderators should be returned to the Authorised Dealer it was purchased for initial inspection and assessment, together with proof of purchase and the warranty card completed at time of purchase. The dealer will ask for some additional details and make initial assessments, providing advice and guidance where required.

For any accuracy related issues, the dealer will ask you to test the rifle without the moderator fitted to establish if the problem is moderator induced or another part of your setup and we therefore recommend that this is done prior to going to a detailer and that you provide them with copy targets of grouping with the moderator on and off.
