ARC Expander Mandrel / De-capping Die ELR
ARC is manufacturing a quality expander mandrel and de-capping system.
This one die can be used as a expander mandrel die to control neck tension or a universal de-capping die.
As a expander mandrel die it can be used to smoothly and efficiently control neck tension by .001″-.002″ using the ARC Ti coated or Carbide mandrels.
For calibres .33 / .37 / .40 / .50
Or as a universal de-capping die it uses a solid one-piece de-capping stem (no screw-in pins that bend and break) to de-cap brass for a variety of calibres.
